Small enough to throw in purse or bag without taking up any room. Its a pliable plastic type material very flimsy, and has 12 credit card type sheet protector/sleeves inside with each sleeve holding 2 credit cards (one on each side). The inside front and inside back covers also hold 1 credit card each in their sleeves. For a total capacity of 26 cards. I currently have 14 hard plastic cards (credit, store, dining, ins, hotel, grocery, etc) in it, and the case is flimsy enough that you still have plenty of room to max this out with 26 cards if you needed without any problems. Did I mention its super cute & unique so everyone asks where I got it! If I could make one change to it, would be to add some type of rubber band type system to it to close the wallet when not in use to keep it from flopping open when in purse. Not a snap, Im afraid a snap would limit how many cards you could place inside and still snap it closed. A rubber band type closure would be perfect for this case allowing you to places as few or many cards as you wanted inside.
