We've gotten one for the kitchen and it worked so well that we decided to get another. It's summer and we like to keep the doors open, get some air into the room, but keep the bugs out. The measurements are accurate and we had no problems putting it up and making it work. We stuck the velcro up first and waited a day before attaching the magnetic screen onto it. The velcro sticks well to the wall and the screen attached well to it. The magnets on the screen opening work fine to auto-close after you've moved through it. The screen’s material is polyester, and is strong and a nice quality thickness.
