I bought 6.35 mm collet from local market and thought I could use 6.35 mm shank router bits easily, but found that the router bits won't go all the way in the rotor shank (that provides more contact area to hold bit properly that reduces vibrations and is safe) as 6 mm router bits would. So had to grind down rotor shank inner diameter to fit 6.35 mm bits. Now I have no issues since I am never going to use 6mm router bits but will only use 6.35 mm router bits 2) No speed control, so starting torque creates a slight jerk when you operate. A soft start would have helped since there is no speed control 3) It creates a lot of vibrations (even though operation is smooth and without any play) and you feel it after using it long. This even happens while using angle grinder, so no specific complaint here. 4) Provided guide rails were not accurate and were not remaining parallel to cutting bit. had to use vice to get the angles near right. Not expected from Bosch.
