Immediately after the first use my hair felt soft and it was shiny. I also noticed a huge difference with the dandruff. Within a week or so it was pretty much taken care of. I’m usually a person who washes their hair 2-3 times a week, but can definitely say this is safe for daily use. Definitely cannot recommend enough.
