The noise cancellation was pretty good (and still is) and the sound quality was better, in my opinion, than some more expensive units like Bose. The buttons being on the inside of the unit was a bit awkward but I kinda got used to it. The band is not flexible at all. It's hard plastic.Fast forward 2 months and things have stopped working. First it was the vibration then one of the buttons stopped working. So, what will quit working next?? In the end, it is just cheap, Chinese-made trash. ### ⭐⭐ Good sound, horrible battery life *by B***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 16, 2019* I've had this headset for over a month and I use it daily. There's only two things that I don't like about this headset and that's the battery and the ear pieces don't retract or are magnets. They just hang and get in the way. That was an oversight on my part for not reading the whole description of the item. After a handful of hours of use the battery is nearly dead. It has a switch for noise cancelling and that drains the battery faster. I had a LG headset and the battery lasted over 10 hours of continuous use and this one dies after 4-5 hours. Almost daily deliveries. I have 2 LG HBS-1100's that are great, but was looking to add noise cancelling for travel on airplanes. The battery lasts less than 2hrs. The noise cancelling is almost none existent. If I hadn't tossed the box in the garbage I would send it back.
