### ⭐ Bad pancakes.

I was disappointed. Doesn’t have a pancake texture at all. And don’t even try it in a waffle iron. It does not rise like a waffle to fill the holes. Admittedly it’s not advertised for waffle use.

I love this guilt-less pancake mix! It is delicious and healthy, and keeps you full the whole morning. Even my super healthy husband loves it!

The taste is ok but I can't figure out how to cook these. I've tried on a griddle which was probably the best method even tho they still came out a bit weird. And 2 separate times in a pan with cooking spray and they still stick horribly! They are way more trouble than they're worth. Will not be buying this product again.
