Excellent value for the money and much quieter than the original (which had a fan attached). I needed to bring it to a local machine shop to remove the coupling and install on this new motor, because I don't have the punch to do this at home. Quick shipping too! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works *by A***Y on December 31, 2021* The product does what it is intended to do. Unfortunately calling it a direct replacement is not quite accurate. You will have to alter the clips that are used on it whether you have to switch them from male to female to fit yours and then even after that your female connector may not be compatible when they're male plug. So you might want to buy some clips electrical clips to go with the stand. I was able to trim the plastic around the clip and make put to meet securely. But it took a little bit of Razor work and a fine Steady Hand. Other than that the motor has been working flawlessly will update at end of first winter.
