Review: Excellent product - I am writing this review after 18 months of usage. This Kadai is a worthy purchase considering that it stays for many years. Cooking will be good for a small family of 2-4. Product is sturdy, heavy and has some non stick properties to a certain extent. Even if there is sticky food, it can be cleaned with no much difficulty. Heat distribution and retention is good. Always remember to keep the flame in low to medium range. Only drawback is the bulky handle rivets which are protruding inside the cooking surface. This is a slight inconvenience while sauteing. This is the case with all similar brands. I would suggest Vinod to consider making smaller rivets or rivetless welding or even flat rivets which are embedded into fixing grooves. Also another mild inconvenience is that the handle becomes hot upon extended use. Overall it is a good product.
