Video quality of the shows from the iPad to the TV was great, definitely HD and sound quality was brilliant too. The cable itself looks high end and materials seem very durable. Comes with a little velcro tidy wrap to keep the cable wrapped up when not in use which is a nice extra touch. I got the 1m length which worked nicely for the hotel I was in but maybe I should have gone for a longer one as I know some hotels have TV's not near a desk, etc. I wasn't able to test the 120hz as the TV's in the hotel don't usually have that ability and my intention isn't to be using it for that anyway. Of course, with the Macbook Pro 2016 - Present no HDMI ports. Just USB-C/Thunderbolt. So I definitely needed this cable for my work portability. I have had some HDMI adapters of sorts in the past.
