I'm not at all pleased with FedEx since the tracking kept saying that it would arrive that day for three days and then they left it outside on my walkway without ringing the doorbell so they wouldn't need to bring it inside. It is very heavy and large for a single mom and daughters to manage to get up a few steps and into the house. But that's not an issue with the sofa or the seller.I love the color and the fabric feels durable. There were three of us putting it together and that really helped when it came to lining things up. I can't imagine it being done with less than two people. It was fairly easy to get together. It is definitely a sofa and not a love seat. Three of us can sit on it comfortably and we're not all little people. The base cushions are very firm. They are foam so they are also not springy. You sit "on" this sofa and not "in" it like some sofas but that is what I wanted so I'm very happy with it. I'm hoping the back cushions puff up a little more. They were vacuum packed but it hasn't been 72 hours yet.I had a couple of questions for the seller (Albany Furniture) before I made the purchase and they got back to me fairly quickly and were very helpful. Excellent customer service!Another review says the arms are loose. Just make sure you tighten the hand screws. The arms on mine don't wiggle.Great experience all around!3/31/2019 We are still loving this sofa. The seat cushions have softened some so they aren't as firm (which is nice). The back cushions plumped up a bit more. It was a perfect fit for the space that she had. It is larger than a loveseat (three normal size people can sit comfortably) and was very easy to put together. The color was a little darker than the picture but it could be the lighting. The actual couch is nice and firm with the only issue being the couch arms. If you lean on them, they are a little looser than I would like them to be. But this is a great couch for a great price. The company also delivered the couch very quickly, having arrived well before the actual posted delivery time. One adult and one teen assembled it in less than 45 min. I was worried about the arms being wobbly given another reviewers comments, but we tightened down the knob screws with all the strength we had and they are as sturdy as a rock with no give when leaned against. I believe the trick it to keep turning until they wont budge at all. The color is as pictured and the woven fabric looks like it will hold up well to heavy use. Sadly its way too nice to let the 2 dogs lay on it so its a good thing they don't get to write a review.
