Had a big tank and you plugged into a 110v outlet and hoped not to get electrocuted while using it.I wasn't looking forward to adding one of those to the bathroom. So I did some searching on and selected this one.It was affordable enough. When you consider the cost of braces and dental care this is a drop in the bucket. It came nicely packaged, and included 3 tips, one for braces that has a bit of brush on the end. A travel pouch, and charging cord. USB to proprietary connector which I'm usually against, but in this case it's OK as this won't really be going anywhere and I can keep it in the bag with the extra stuff.See photo, dollar bill in photo for scale.It's a bit larger than it looked, but you need that volume for the water supply. The handle part is easy enough to hold. There two buttons, ON/Off, and Mode (Hard/Less Hard/Pulse).*MAKE SURE* the tip is in your mouth before you turn it on.
