The cutter I had before did not like the HDPE, no matter the speed. To carbide I went.The edges on this little bugger are well formed. I did not see any blunted edges or irregularities in the casting.The mill works well in wood and Baltic birch plywood at high speeds and well in HDPE plastic at very low speeds to prevent slinging melted plastic all over the place.The bit does not pull material into the cutter like my old one did. It will pull it in, but it won’t rip it out of my hand.Would recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ use: Carving Teak on CNC *by R***E on Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2013* Niagara Cutters are definately less costly than others, so I've decided to put them to the test. I'm currenty carving Teak with this bit. Teak is very harse on bits and it isn't very dry so it will definately blunt the bit faster.So far it's performing very well.
