If it gets really hot (over 28 degrees) put in fridge but then you must leave it there. Alternating between hot and cold is no good in a container. I find it rarely gets that hot in the UK and I finish the coffee quicker than I think! **Q: are the beans roasted** A: Yes. Beans are supplied roasted. For experienced coffee makers, you may observe that there is a variety of depth of colour, showing that some beans are lightly roasted whereas others are roasted quite darkly.
