Review: The best cross trainer yet. - This is my fourth cross trainer and probably the best, there are plenty of levels and the pulse belt is a good thing when you want more detailed information on ye heart performance, it was seriously easy to assemble and the size of it is perfect for the room I have it in, in the product info it says the machine is quiet and I was dubious about this claim but it is so quiet its unreal. I aim to use it 5 out of 7 days, the sense of balance is perfect, plus the ability to use online coaching is a good idea. The one thing which I think would improve it would be if the console was back lit with blue as it would be easier to read but that's just a minor point. Review: Late delivery, no communication and poor after sales - Whilst the product itself is OK there are comparable products on the market. However our buying experience has been really poor. Firstly the product arrive late and despite regular attempts to find out why I resorted to contacting desertcart who moved things on. There was no communication from the seller explaining why it was late and offering any apologies, that is until late in the day when they contacted me to explain that they would offer compensation for later delivery. I must stress that I was not asking for compensation, however the seller assured me they would contact me to offer some. 4 days after receiving the item I have had no call from the seller, more frustrating is that they keep telling me they have tried to contact me to offer compensation but my phone does not lie - ia have missed no calls from them and they have left no voicemails despite me resending my mobile number on several occassions.
