My left knee has been very painful for a while and walking is becoming more and more difficult. I twisted my knee a couple of days ago which made the whole situation much worse. The brace makes my knee joint feel supported and 'held together' so I am more confident when walking and going up and down stairs. Still painful but I think the pain has lessened since I started wearing the brace. It is comfortable, firm, well-made and stays in place, it doesn't slip down or sideways when walking.
