    Stay far away- don’t stay cold

These are awful. They stay cold maybe 5 minutes before you have to get the other one. They are paper thin and as we, migraine sufferers know, 5 minutes of cold or warmth isn’t going to do anything to help. I was so leery when I opened the boxes because they are so thin but my head was pounding soo bad that I stuck them in the freezer. Wish I never did so I could return them. So disappointed.

My wife tells me that the wrap fits well, stays in place but really only stays cold for 10-15 minutes.Really thin, we were hoping to a thicker gel pack to help stay colder or warmer longer.Does not take long to heat up, cools down fairly quickly.Like another review, on the fence as to recommendation to others.I will not purchase another set of these, they do perform, just not long enough for migraine sufferers.

I had another one of these bands, through the same exact company. I loved it. But this band's cold pouch insert was of poor quality. It is thin like a piece of paper when frozen. I should have sent them back.
