Review: Amazing flavor - Kosmo's Pineapple Heat is amazing, the flavor is perfect for ribs you get enough heat and sweet to make incredible tasting ribs, I can't even describe the flavor you'll have to try it yourself, one thing I will do differently next time is to add more Kosmos because I didn't put but maybe a quarter of a cup thinking I could overdo it, next time i'm using half the bottle for two racks. The first bite I took I was amazed, perfectly tender, perfectly moist and perfectly cooked can't wait for round 2!!! First time i've ever smoked ribs, used @Girlgonegrilling from Youtube's "Fall Off The Bone" method of 275f for 2 hours, put the glaze/butter and wrap for 2 hours meaty side down on top of glaze and butter then remove the top layer of foil so the meaty side is exposed to the smoker again for 30 mins then rest and eat. Used Crispy's Mango Habanero for the rub.
