Very insightful reading about what true education entails. It's painful to see the amount of wisdom and insight Maria had over 100 years ago that the "mainstream" education systems of the world have simply ignored or tossed aside for whatever reason. I would highly recommend this book for anyone wanting to understand the reasoning, both practical and theoretical, for pushing for a thorough rethinking and better understanding of what it means to properly educate children.
