I've gone through maybe a couple dozen or so of these, and so far they all work great. Every one has had a consistent light. They are quite bright, but if you're looking to light up a room, these probably won't get you there. That's not what they are made for anyway. They do work great for lighting up the work area on my 3D printer though.I have these wired in series in sets of three with a single resistor coming off each set. I then have it going to a 12 volt power supply. The small ring light I made with two sets of these strings for lighting the nozzle on my 3D printer works perfectly, and it will easily shine a light across the room, so they have plenty of brightness. They arrived quickly, were exactly 100 of each. But I installed them with the resistor and I am lucky if I get three days out of them . I had purchased these to replace all the incandescent lamps in the dash of my pick up. When I had finished they looked amazing.
