The latter can be operated with cassettes up to 11-34 Z. The revised 105 rear derailleurs feature Shimano Shadow RD technology and are extra profiled. Shadow RD technology. With its sophisticated technology, the Shimano Shadow rear derailleur is especially suitable for a more aggressive riding style. The extremely minimised profile brings a number of progress. Due to its flat design and the single-preload construction, the rear derailleur does not hit the chainstay even in the harshest conditions. The circuit works clean and quiet. Product features: Low Shadow RD profile increases switching stability and reduces defect susceptibility in the event of a fall. Tunic, integrated appearance. A: No it would not index properly with Sram shifters. You need a Sram mech with the same shift ratio.
