This is the second business purchase where I have been so unhappy it was returned, or would have been. You need a magnifying glass just to try and set it up. I have not been successful. The buttons are working improperly for setup. I just missed my window to return this awful little recorder or it would be going back; now my company is stuck with a device I will not use.
