It feels solidly made, and very durable. I am able to hear callers easily and have had no complaints about how I sound on the other end. The battery life is extremely long compared with other headsets I've used. It is also one of the quickest paring and connecting headsets I've ever used. The raised buttons are all easy-to-use by feel.Initial setup was extremely easy with my Samsung Galaxy S9, and regular day-to-day paring happens almost immediately as soon as I turn it on. The retracting mechanism feels a bit more solid than my previous headset as though it will stay viable for some time.The folding mechanism feels pretty durable, and it's been nice for traveling as I can quickly retract the earbuds, fold the headset and quickly stow them in my laptop bag when going through TSA.The trade-offs:The long battery life and durability adds to the weight of the headset which is definitely noticeable. With previous headsets that have been much lighter, there were times I forgot that I had them around my neck -- that certainly hasn't happened with this headset. For me, the long battery life and durability has been worth the trade-off.I don't think the weight would be such a big deal if it wasn't for my only real complaint which is that the headset is pretty small. I'm not a big person, definitely on the shorter side of average, and these hug my neck more than I like to the point of occasionally being slightly uncomfortable with extended use. On the "positive" side, they are less likely to fall off if active, but depending on the shirt and collar I'm wearing it can feel a bit more awkward. However, my wife who has the same headset and a much smaller neck has no issues with the size. However, she also doesn't use them very frequently.In terms of sound quality, these are definitely much better for phone calls and conversation more than for music or video. That said, I've not had any issues with them listening to music or watching videos, but they are certainly not going to match any higher-end sound headphones.Minor Complaints:The small cover over the charging port was very difficult to open at first. I had to use a small jewelry-type screwdriver to pry it open the first week... after a week or so it loosened enough that I can use my fingernail to open it.The earbuds are not as comfortable as others that I've used, even changing the size down a level, they kind of bug my ears with extended use. I use my headphones for many many hours constantly throughout the day so it could just be the extended use, but other headsets I've used have been a bit more comfortable.I wish the volume rocker on the headset actually controlled the device volume rather than act as a separate volume from the phone's volume. I imagine there are some pros- and cons to this, and I think it may be part of the Bluetooth/phone settings or protocol since the Jabra headset I returned in exchange for these did the same thing. But my older LG headset actually controlled the phone's volume which is my preference. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GREAT SOUND *by N***Y on December 23, 2018* Wore these for a week, it works well!Easy to read instructions and connecting! I use them for work so I can use my hands while on a call, and they have held up against the hot and cold quite well.
