Arrived on time and this product is exactly as described. I wanted a set where I could have the bamboo and metal straws and I finally found it, so happy with my purchase! The package is STUNNING with beautiful messages on it. I love how the metal straws becomes chilled when set into a cold drink, it keeps the drink nice and cold all the way up. I was worried if would taste different but it has no bad taste at all and the sturdiness of a the straws provide a more pleasant drinking experience. The bamboo straws are awesome! Natural and biodegradable so I don’t have to worry about polluting the environment. They are perfect for smoothies and very resistant. I found the cleaning brush so effective, the cotton cleans so much better than nylon and it’s also better for the environment. The travel bag it’s not bulky or heavy and it fits in all of my purses, it’s very light and made of a great material. Plus it looks so BEAUTIFUL! I love the little beads on it! This set looks amazing and in all ways is satisfactory. It feels great to know I am reducing waste and protecting the planet with this straws. I have also been encouraging family and friends to buy this product. I will absolutely be buying from this company again! Thank you so much for a great quality, eco-friendly product! ### ⭐⭐⭐ A confusing message... *by T***A on Reviewed in the United States on March 11, 2019* I bought these straws to cut down on contributing to the landfill. Unfortunately I find the outside tube that the straws come shipped in is virtually useless. If I decide to use this tube, instead of the cloth bag, then the cloth bag contributes useless materials. I’d probably use the cardboard tube just because it’s easier. But then the tube will eventually wear out from getting wet. Hopefully I’d be able to find the bag at that point. Also, I do like that the bag is washable. The straw cleaners are much better than most others that are the brush style. Good innovation. It took a bit to get used to the bamboo straws but when I did, I really liked them, especially for hot drinks. ### ⭐⭐ 3 out of 4 Straws are great *by J***J on Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2020* I ordered this product and it showed up as expected with all the items it described. However, only 3 of 4 Straws work great. I order this product and then less week after receiving it, one of the bamboo straws cracked. (pictures attached). I found this strange since I only ever used the bamboo straw in cold beverages.I emailed the vendor seeing if they would replace the cracked one since the others work great, particularly with smoothies.
