ALL-NATURAL SPIRIT - The only ingredient in BarSol Quebranta Pisco is Quebranta grapes. It is fermented naturally with wild yeast that lives on the grape skins and is aged for a minimum of a year. This creates an exceptionally pure spirit.

HOW TO MAKE A PISCO SOUR: 50ml BarSol Pisco, 25ml Lime Juice, 25ml Sugar , 15ml Egg White, 3 drops of angostura bitters. Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake with ice. Strain into a coupette glass and garnish with three dashes of bitters.
