You are right, citrate is maximum 16.2% elemental magnesium. This is a bad product. **Q: This product contains magnesium oxide, because it's impossible to get 30% elemental from citrate alone. why is this not on the label?** A: I asked them for the SDS (safety data sheet) and was surprised it stated that it contained less than 50% magnesium citrate and greater than 50% magnesium oxide. Not happy. Does this mean it contains 99% magnesium oxide? I find this kind of labelling extremely misleading. **Q: Do these contain soya?** A: Soya is not listed on the ingredients on the bottle, but I would check on the manufacturer web site!! **Q: The title says "tablets" but the packaging states they are capsules inside?
