I bought this thinking I could mindlessly slip it on and not having worry about slouching, but this isn't the case. If I slouch, it's uncomfortable. It digs into my underarm and the pads make the issue worse. It's a bit bulky and cumbersome but you can probably wear it over your shirt and under a sweater without it being noticeable.So how does it help? If I don't slouch, it's not uncomfortable... and that's it. Don't slouch. The brace is more of a reminder to not slouch and pull your muscles and bones into the proper position. That may not be helpful if you don't even know what proper posture is supposed to feel like in the first place. In my case, I suffer from issues in my shoulders due to chronic slouching. The brace helps me keep in mind to keep my shoulder position.I haven't used it at work but I'll slip it on at home and I think so far it's been great.. If you have posture issues, I would seriously recommend bringing it up with your doctor and having them explain everything you're doing wrong (it helped me). A brace isn't going to solve all your posture issues. In fact, it's really just a reminder but if you need that help remember to stop slouching, this will definitely help. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Seems to work, but has drawbacks *by T***F on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 30, 2018* I liked that this harness is comfortable and snug, but I didn’t like how bulky and difficult to manage all the straps were. I put it on for a little bit and it definitely pulls the shoulders into correct posture, and it didn’t hurt or pinch thanks to the padding.
