A: Yes. The skirt comes off but her blue tights are painted on. We have dressed her in other Chelsea clothes.

A: Yes, she has hair just like any Barbie doll.

**Q: How tall is Chelsea?**
A: Chelsea id Barbie's youngest sister. I would say she's around 6 ywars old? So the doll itself us going to be small, not like an adult Barbie. She's a few inches I'd say. I will receive mine in a few days and update my answer once I measure her, but again...she is a child Barbie, not an adult Barbie.
