Not so for me. Way too big. The brand Spur Dot Heel Cup is great. I have a pair used for running shoes and casual and dress. They wash easily and stay put at heel with right size. I know because I already own a women's medium pair. A sticker with the incorrect size had been stuck onto the package to cover up the correct size. Additionally, the blue dot, which is pictured as being located on the side and in an egg shape, is not. It is exactly in the center and oval. This is not the most effective design for helping plantar fasciitis.
