Resistance is high (not for beginners). Very strong/durable. They stay put when squatting, no issues with rolling. The small bag they come in is cute and convenient. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don’t roll up . I’m currently using the pink band, it’s not easy but gives me a good burn when I do my squats ! Hoping to progress to the harder bands in the months to come. These are definitely advanced bands not for beginners. UPDATE: I’ve had these for 2.5 years now and they have started to rip and fall apart so I’m ordering them again.m because they are great.
