Ultimately, I purchased this set for my out-of-county trip for 2 months this summer. I was leaving my gym, my trainers, and my normal environment. I wanted to be able to keep working out. I love the various resistance of the bands in this set, perfect for doing legs or lats, etc. And, what is totally a plus, is that these bands are cute and the pastel colors get compliments from my travel companions! Sturdiness and durability of the bands are an A+. I have used all of the sizes for a month now and there is no stretching out, no snaps, no snags or tears. Not sure why people say they do? Always takes a while to adjust to how resistance bands works, but compare to others, these are actually MUCH better and don't roll as much. The lightest one (yellow) does roll a bit, but that's what happen when you use a looser band usually. Anyway, they are perfect for me, I'm 5'2, 125 lbs.
