I tried several different kinds and they're all junk. Then I saw a recommendation for these and ordered some. They're the real deal. They can be cut to fit 2 half-trays, with some left over. I've used silicone mats and parchment paper and these are better than either. They're translucent, but barely. I put a silicone mat with circles underneath and use it as a template. Better, I think, would be a black and white template. Either way, though, they work. There might be other good teflon sheets for macs here, but I know these work well. I am very happy that I did since it has basically eliminated the need for us to use aluminum foil or any type of cooking paper on any of our pans and baking sheets. At first I was unsure about the fact that it came with just one sheet, but it is more than enough even for the daily cooking and baking that we do. In fact, I cut it in half with a pair of kitchen scissors in order to make two perfectly-sized sheets.It is easy to clean, dries quickly, protects my baking sheets, and works as a non-stick surface. Around the edges do start to brown after a few uses, which is to be expected, but it hasn't effected its ability to work great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Far better than the paper parchment! *by C***R on June 4, 2021* The best thing is that the product remains flat in the air fryer! I tried paper parchment and both times it “floated” and was burned by the coils. (Note, I put the paper at the very bottom of the oven the first time. The next time I put the paper in the air fry basket with rolls on top of it. The edges burned.)I really like the Cookina baking mat and this is the second time I’ve ordered it. I like to rotate the mats so they remain clean looking. Also recommended it to a friend who just got an air fryer.
