I have read some of the reviews people are not too kind yes occasionally I do get tiny bruises from over hooping and they are not cheaply made. Telling you if you stick with it this thing will give you an awesome stomach even if you had kids. The push release is under the foam and hard to find. My 7 year old cracked the connection trying to make it smaller.
