I cut my old dead flowers out and used the dirt to stick these flowers in, and I was amazed. I purchased 1 pack (4 stems) and they looked so real I was shocked. I wanted the area to be a bit more full so I purchased another pack the same day the 1st pack arrived. If you want to be sure they stay in place you can super glue each stem, but they are pretty secure.
