Me ha dado algunas cachetadas con guante blanco sobre la indispensabilidad de meter la cabeza en las relaciones de pareja, y no por ello dejar de disfrutar del amor apasionado, al contrario, para poderlo disfrutar mejor es importante tener en cuenta la evaluación racional de tu relación.Me reconectó con la importancia del valor de uno mismo dentro de una relación.Me quedaron muy claros los puntos a tomar en cuenta para identificar una relación insana, algunos otros de cómo se llega ahi y elementos claves a trabajar para salir de ellas.Muy recomendable también para dejar de cargar culpas irracionales y costos sociales ajenos.
