I depend on reviews to help me choose products, and wanted to keep others from having the same experience - I saw NO holographic effect and it was bumpy like glitter once applied - but didn't want to bother to return it due to the low price. It was also such a small amount of product, I had never seen so small an amount. But I was surprised to get an email from the seller wanting to make it right. I realize now that I should've returned it and allowed the seller to refund my money - they at least tried to make amends. There is less than half of the product compared to the size of the container it's held in.When I try to apply the powder to my nails, only about half of the powder actually sticks to my no wipe top coat.I'm a bit disappointed with this purchase because of all these flaws. However, when the powder does stick to the nails (very rarely when this happens) it does look very pretty.
