The bottom was cracked, leaving powder to spill out. Managed to try a little bit before throwing away. Flavour was decent but didn't feel the full 'pre workout' effect. The tropical flavour tastes a bit odd unless you mix it with twice as much water as is recommended. The cola flavour tastes pretty good though. Caffeine content is well balanced in my opinion.
