## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it come with a cover?**
A: No, it doesn't.   I ended up getting a whole set of Cuisinart that work on convection for a great price and they all have covers.  But this is a very nice pan

**Q: Will a magnet stick to it ?**
A: I have not tried to stick a magnet to it but I do know that it works on my induction stove.

**Q: I am accustomed to nonstick fry pans, are there issues with sticking with these stainless fry pans?**
A: One of the things you can do to minimize sticking is to bring the new pan up to the temperature the oil smokes and pout in a small amount and let it cover the bottom and sides. When the oil starts to smoke, turn off the burner and let it all cool down. You will have a nonstick surface as long as you don't use soap to clean it. It is suggested all you need to do is wipe it out.

**Q: Can I use this frying pan on an electric glass top stove ?**
A: this works very well on my glass top induction stove
