The volunteers take around toiletries etc to patients who have come in without these basics; recently they have become concerned at pillow shortages on some wards. This distressed me, and I thought this might be a humble, appropriate gesture at this time of year. Santa delivered them and thy are in use!!! ### ⭐ Wrong pillows *by E***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 November 2016* I have a condition with ears call cholesteatoma I ordered the pillows as they was meant to be waterproof once I opened to pillows I then realised they didn't even look waterproof different material from the ones in picture and the label reads always use with a separate cover to prevent soiling. Think the label says it all. Not happy as I can't even send them back as they have been opened.
