The pointed end of the rod insert into raw plug fine but when you get to the screw thread the raw plug offers to much resistance this resulted in the fixing on the back of the number snapping off this was a result of their being to much resistance from the raw plug. ### ⭐ Poor quality fixings *by R***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 October 2018* I liked the overall look of this product and sizing wise the numbers are a perfect shape to complement curb appeal. However the two fixings to hold on to the wall are welded very weakly to the back of the numbers and as such became detached with installing. In the end I glued them onto the masonary with hi-grab glue. Not ideal and the manufacturers need to increase the strength of welds or come up with a different fixing solution. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not what I was looking for but Great Customer Service *by E***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 November 2018* Change to 3 stars given their Customer Service. While the quality of the numbers is not what I was looking for, as the fixtures got broken and I had to change from floating to screw through type, I must recognize that their Customer Service contact me immediately to understand what happened and to offer the replacement, they took a really good care of my purchase.
