I believe i mixed this 1:100 in my bench testing, as it is strong. I purchased this for use in making peach flavored homemade ice cream, but this extract neither tastes nor smells even remotely close to peach! I tried different quantities in several batches just to see whether or not it would make a difference, but it did not. The extract smells and tastes more like a fake bubble gum flavor... kind of like that numbing agent used before the Novocaine shot at the dentist.
