I have had several games where the "turf monkeys" filled my socks and shin guard sleeves, rubbing my skin raw. By the end of the game, when I can remove my gloves, my calves or shins are a mess.I am 6'0" tall with a 34 inch inseam. I wear a size 11 in soccer boots. The foot portion of the sock is a little large, so I need to be careful not to get wrinkles that will cause blistering.The length is nice because it reaches just a few inches over the knee and overlaps nicely with my padded 3/4 GK pants.
