## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do these work? How long does it take to feel a difference?**
A: They work for me, the effect builds slowly, you almost don’t notice it over a month but everybody has a different reaction to this sort of supplement. I recently changed to a different brand and symptoms returned over 7 to 10 days, I took them for a month with little success, on returning to the seven seas I noticed an improvement in about 10 days. I would say to take at least 1 months course but 2 would be better before you try something different.

**Q: how big are the tablets?**
A: Two tablets each day, each are approx 1.5cm x 1.0 but are shaped and coated to be swallowed easily.

**Q: Do any of the tablets repeat after taking**
A: I have never had that problem and I have been taking them for about a year.

**Q: How long I have to take them to work out**
A: I found it took a couple of months before I realised that the pain was reduced and I was moving easily I now swim a mile 3times a wk and can work out the pain never goes completely but it’s much reduced

For the first time in years, I can rise from the sofa with no hands! Moans & groans are now missing when I turn in bed. Unless the placebo effect is extremely strong, it would appear I can readily move compared to a month and a half ago - thanks to these. One thing I’ve noticed more is cracking sounds in my joints - the type you can do with your knuckles and fingers, if so inclined. This isn’t a problem. All in all, I’d say give them a go to see if they work for you. I saw an improvement after a couple of weeks.
