The XL fit me pretty good, but it's a little too snug under my breasts which is uncomfortable sitting down. But, it's tolerable for exercising and really great material. I like that it is long too. I have a tummy buldge, and it flattens me some there, so that's great. I just wish it didn't flatten me up top. Overall, it works for exercising, but I was hoping to buy more to wear under other shirts to give up wearing a bra. It has great padding to do that.
