This stuff is grown locally and I sampled it at a farmers market. Much more potent then what I buy elsewhere. Strongly recommend for those nights where sleep or anxiety is getting in the way of sleep. Those days where I need a boost getting centered. Ashwaganda is great and especially from this grower/producer. I gave it a low rating on TASTE LOL Ashwaganda does not taste well. I take it straight but most people recommended to mix that stuff in.
