With its beautiful design and easy to use features it fits perfectly into my needs. I have a small kitchen and it takes up very little counter space. It is attractive and does exactly what it says. I love to make smoothies and it does a great job of blending my ingredients into the right consistency for my needs, even making short work of any seeds and grinding them very fine, which is important to me as I have diverticulitis. Its great for making smooth soups and I love that I can control the speed at which I am blending so easily. Its also easy to clean, with all of the removable parts being dishwasher safe. I also love that it came with the added bonus of a spice/coffee grinder/chopper attachment, which is very handy. It has some wonderful built in safety components also, which help to make this an excellent addition to any kitchen. Its also great for making baby foods which means you can know exactly what your baby is eating. I highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another fantastic 'tool' for my kitchen... *by K***Y on 14 November 2018* I have a hand blender that I loved using but it's finally given up and died on me, so I thought I'd get a table Blender this time as I can then use it for more larger quantities of food. This Cookhouse Table Blender is another fantastic item from them. My husband thinks I'm just working my way through their stock as I'm slowly swapping all my kitchenware over to Cookhouse as I think they look really stylish and all their items are good quality. This Blender came well boxed and looked excellent when unpacked, I was slightly surprised how heavy the glass jug was, but once it's all put together it makes sense so that the whole machine stays put when blending and doesn't vibrate across the counter!!!!… My first meal to make was some soup and it was so easy to use and everything is easy to unclip and all dishwasher proof as well. I highly recommend this Blender especially as the price is so good and when you see it, it's a lot better than some of the more expensive ones I've seen in shops... Well done Cookhouse. ### ⭐ Difficult to unscrew *by L***X on 16 September 2020* I blended some soup this week, and the base of the unit started to smoke and stopped working. After leaving it for a day it has begun to work again, but I do not think it is a safe appliance. This gaget works very efficiently - but - I have found several issues with it. The glass dome is extremely heavy, and I worry in case I drop it. The worst problem is that I cannot unscrew the top from the bottom to clean it. It is too difficult for me. I am sure there are other blenders/grinders that do not have these issues, and had I looked at it in a shop I would not have bought it.
