When the pm indicator on the display is light, it means the time is pm, if you pm indicator not light, it means the time is am. **Q: How do i disable the alarms i've tried following a previous answer and long pressed both buttons indicated but it does not shut off alarms !** A: If you want to turn off the alarm when alarm activate, just press the AL.OFF button.
