It was over processed by a hairdresser, and bleach left on too long. I was advised by another hairdresser that I was lucky my hair hadn't fallen out ! I was recommended this masque after having tried other products with little results. I left it on for about half an hour last night, rinsed it and let my hair dry naturally overnight.(I can't let any heat near my hair as it's been left so fragile) Today is the first day that my hair has started to feel like hair again and I'm so grateful as the only other option was a haircut !
