Available occasionally in small and expensive packages, Amazon levels the playing field with products like this. This is not handmade, at this price. It is machine worked, and does not have the same consistency as hand made product. It does taste good, developed the right flavor fried before broth in the dish I was making. It is an insanely huge ten pound bag. But it is inexpensive compared to other pearl couscous. (Expensive compared to machine made pasta though.)
