After 9 and a half years it began noticeably sagging in the center. Keep in mind this is a mattress that you cannot flip over because it has a pillow top. So the fact that it took so long to start sagging is amazing to me. The mattress is just like the hotel, it is firm and plush at the same time. It's always best to buy direct from Westin because they do have sales about 3 or 4 times a year. Anyone that doesn't say this mattress is amazing is just playing untrustworthy. Lol. But seriously this mattress is worth every dollar and it lasts twice as long as anything out there. There are no feathers, no spring issues, and no ungodly memory foam that makes you sweat.
