What size and type do you recommend?** A: You can install a 2 amp fuse for the latch wiring (red and black wires). You should also have a fuse in between the battery and the line in post on the solenoid. This fuse (or breaker) needs to be sized to whatever the line out is servicing (within the limits of solenoid). Check with a local electrician if you are confused during installation.
